Pollensa - Segura Apartment
Set in pretty gardens in a residential area within walking distance of the harbour and the town centre and only a kilometre or so from the beach, Villa Segura was once the grand home of a local landowner and now comprises five apartments with distinct family appeal.
Flower-filled pots add splashes of colour to the garden’s abundant greenery and the poolside terrace is surrounded by lawns. Double front doors lead into a three bedroom ground floor apartment (apartment B) with a door opening onto a rear patio from the lounge. Reached by steps at either end of the villa, the first floor is home to a two bedroom apartment and another three bedroom apartment, both with sunny terraces. On the second floor are two small studios whose shared rooftop terrace boasts panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
