The 13' x 30' swimming pool is surrounded by lawns, overlooked by a covered patio next to a barbecue area. A wooden door leads from the terrace into a spacious lounge with Sat TV, DVD and HiFi, next to an equally roomy kitchen-diner with a walk-in larder.

Also on the ground floor are a bathroom and two twin bedrooms with pool, mountain and countryside views. Upstairs, the double bedroom also overlooks the pool and there's a tiny bathroom up here too.
